5. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items and final clearance merchandise may be subject to different return conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
