Elestep currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your items are delivered safely and efficiently.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for order processing and delivery from the date your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier schedules. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. The final shipping fee will be displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us.
